Board Assessment Board Bona Fide™ provides information about your professional experience, expertise, skills, and interests that is used to evaluate your board readiness and fit for different types of boards. The data is protected, and takes about 60 minutes to complete. All data is stored on a secure server, so that participants may update their profile based on new qualifications, experience, and training, in order to receive updated assessment information. Board Coaching Session Upon completion of the assessment, candidates will be connected with a board coach that has been carefully vetted by the Global Privat. During a 1:1 session with a coach, participants review their assessment results, develop a personal action plan for reaching their board participation goals, and receive feedback on development areas and readiness. Global Privat selects board coaches who are highly qualified to offer guidance regarding aspirations and review participants’ current career trajectory. All have exceptional corporate and executive coaching experience and have received training on the assessment tool, as well as, what is desired for Board Ready candidacy.
