Board Bona Fide® - Intrabond Capital's Board Assessment & Global Board Registry
The program kicks off with an online assessment using the Board Bona Fide® diagnostic tool.  Each participant provides information about their professional experience, expertise, skills, and interests that is used to evaluate their board readiness and fit to different types of boards.  It also identifies the specific “board style” of the individual, based on a psychometric model regarding one’s orientation to problem-solving. The data is protected, and takes about 60 minutes to complete.  All data is stored on a secure server, so that participants may update their profile based on new qualifications, experience, and training, to receive updated assessment information. This assessment also enrolls you in a Global Board Registry after participating in the Global Privat workshop.  Upon completion, you will also be prepared to play a critical role as a board member or advisor to an growing company.
