Joheem Loh, Founder & CEO Joheem has more than 20 years of experience as a serial entrepreneur and engineer. With a passion for technology innovation, Joheem founded Socxs to leverage her extensive social, design, and application experience to simply digital life. Prior to Socxs, Joheem co-founded Eike Interactive a global web development firm extending digital brand presences for Fortune 500 companies including Sony and design agencies such as Omnicom Group. Previously, Joheem held several positions at Fujitsu including engineering, product development and business development. She is currently serving as an advisor in Lafayette College and a mentor at Stanford’s Technology Entrepreneurship Program. Joheem is a full scholarship graduate, with an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Physics. ![]() Randall Eike, Co-Founder & CTO Randall is an accomplished software architect with extensive experience in social, web, gaming, broadcasting, green tech, consumer apps and nature preservation. As CTO, Randall drives product architecture and direction. Randall has built and run a successful software and development business for over 17 years. Prior to Socxs he was President and co-founder of Eike Interactive, a web development agency that designed and architectured digital marketing programs for diverse clientele including Sony PlayStation, Genealogy.com (now Ancestry.com), and The Learning Company. Randall has held several leading positions including Engineering manager Broderbund Software and Software Engineer at Banner Blue Software. Randall graduated from Stanford University with an MS in Computer Science and holds a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign where he graduated first in his class. Steve Williams managed all consumer communication (email, mail and online) that went to over 6 million registered PlayStation owners. Responsible to keep PlayStation.com current with new platforms and games as well as complete redesigns every 18 months. PlayStation.com had 55 million page views per month, and had over 10,000 pages of content. Maximized brand awareness (Sony, PlayStation, PS3, PSP and numerous game franchises) and consumer engagement through creation and fostering of a three tiered loyalty program. Managed the Official PlayStation magazine relationship with Ziff Davis and produced and directed all Disc based content that was included with the magazine. As the ‘Champion’ of the customer within PlayStation, while not being a gamer myself. Worked across all departments from Sales to Consumer Services to ensure a consistent customer service experience. Lindsay Walden is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in the fashion and beauty industries. An events guru, Lindsay has spent her career designing and delivering consumer brand experiences at some of the world’s biggest tradeshows and attractions. At SOCXS she manages the marketing and social media programs as well providing her expertise to creating the most engaging digital fan experience. She joined the Marketing side of things here at Socxs in July of 2014. ![]() With over 10 years of proven success in the technology arena, Muhammad Abdullah Sabooani is a technical manager with strong project management and communication skills. Abdullah has managed projects and products that have been deployed at Zoetis, Sidestep.com, Sony Computer Entertainment America, Standard Chartered Bank, WarnerBros, Disney, Merck Pharmaceutical and other big players in the Industry. He holds a BS from The National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences and an MBA from the Institute of Business Management in Canada. ![]() Nadeem Ashraf is a versatile IT professional having 15 years of experience in managing, designing and developing complex, scalable, 24/7 available and high performance software applications. For the past 8 years, he has also been acting as a Solution Architect proposing SOA and cloud based architectures of various web based and mobile applications. Previously, Nadeem worked in Softech Worldwide as Chief Software Architect, in eDev Technologies as Software Development Manager and in Siemens Engineering Company of Pakistan as Java Programmer. He holds a BCS Degree in CS. ![]() Zeeshan Qasim is a tenured Software Architect with 8 years of experience in building software solutions for clients such as Sony Computer Entertainment America, CaptionColorado, DiagnosisONE (now Alere Analytics) and Merck Pharmaceutical, among others. Zeeshan has a firm grip on different application development frameworks (such as DotNetNuke, Sencha Touch, jQuery Mobile, Drupal), patterns and practices and has a keen interest in developing state of the art applications using various server side (.Net, PHP, Java) & client side (HTML5, JavaScript, Flex) technologies. Previously, Zeeshan worked with Inifinilogic as Software Developer where he developed highly scalable financial solutions. Zeeshan holds MS degree in Computer Science. ![]() Shen-Hoei Yeoh joined Eike Consulting in 2002 as QA Manager and joined the SOCXS team as Senior Software Engineer in 2010. He has extensive experience managing teams of engineers, overseeing UAT and performance testing projects, as well as web development for companies including extensive work with Sony’s multiple digital properties. He specializes and prides himself in Web development languages like HTML, CSS, and Javascript and is well versed with the latest web development packages like Bootstrap. Shen-Hoei has a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University and is currently pursuing his MBA from University of Strathclyde. ![]() Austin Neoh started with Eike Consulting as a QA Engineer in 2003 and was promoted to QA Manager in 2008. Austin has been involved in the development and deployment of Content Management Systems and Sites for clients such as Sony PlayStation, Biopar, Pupperoni, SOCOM franchise, Resistance franchise, LittleBigPlanet, Warhawk and the StickBoy family of iOS apps. Austin has held several positions with industry leading companies including Intel, Motorola, and Trident SR. Currently, besides QA and management, Austin is also involved in web design, content management and customer support. ![]() Mervyn Ong has a wide ranging digital experience from web, app to multimedia production. A keen eye for design, he has been called up to apply his digital and creative skills to many high profile projects for Fortune 500 companies and startups. Obaid ur Rehman is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in the design and development of realtime, mission critical systems for a wide variety of industry groups ranging from Wall Street Trading firms to the produce industry.He has extensive experience in design and development of high-performance web applications using popular libraries and frameworks for both client-side and server-side such as Angular.js, Backbone.js, Jquery Mobile & ASP.Net MVC. Prior to SOXCS Obaid previously worked at OMEX Systems where he worked with a team on the development of a Trading Application, implementation of FIX (Financial Information Exchange)Protocol and a Backoffice suite for brokerdealers. Obaid is a graduate of the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences with an MS in Software Project Management. He also holds a BS in Computer Science from Karachi University. Kevin founded, built and took Telocity public, a $120M+ nationwide subscriber service. He was also the CEO of NextNet Wireless ($120M+ Clearwire business) and CEO of SiliconPipe (successful IP company). He has held multiple executive positions (CEO, COO, VP Eng & Ops) in successful technology companies: DirecTV, NeXT, Motorola, and Minerva Networks. As a technologist, Kevin has over 40 patents in software, hardware, IP and systems. Kevin holds BSEE and MSEE degrees from Cal Poly, and is president of Tau Beta Pi, Cal Poly Chapter. He won the university’s senior project award and was an instructor at the Computer Science Department. He serves on the boards of Fuze Networks and TruSight. ![]() Wayne Jones has served over 30 years as a litigator, strategist, corporate office, and senior partner specializing in Intellectual Property litigation and focusing on defining and implementing high margin business/IP strategies in the high tech arena. Mr. Jones has litigated a wide range of patent and trade secret cases in courts across the country. He also has led highly complex patent reexamination efforts for industry leading portfolios. He has served as Chief Patent Counsel for Occidental Chemical Co., Vice President and Chief Patent Counsel for DSC/Alcatel, Vice President and General Counsel for SAPMarkets, and Chief IP Officer for SAP AG. He served as the President on the Executive Committee of the Association of Corporate Patent Counsel, as a Member of the National Inventor’s Hall of Fame’s Board of Directors and Intellectual Property Owners Association’s Board of Directors. He holds J.D. from Duke University in 1981; and B.S. from Brigham Young University in 1978. ![]() Peter Samuelson is a media executive and serial pro-social entrepreneur. In 1999 his strong passion for children’s advocacy led him to co-found First Star, a DC based nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of America’s abused and neglected children. In 1982, Peter co-founded the Starlight Children’s Foundation—an international charity dedicated to granting wishes for seriously ill children. In 1990 Peter founded with Steven Spielberg and General Norman Schwarzkopf Starbright World, an online social network to educate, encourage and empower children to cope with the medical, emotional and social challenges of their illness. As CEO and founder of Global Privat, Inessa drives technology investment and growth through a system designed for success. In addition to leading Global Privat, she holds investments with Seraph Group, Astia Angels and Keiretsu Forum. She also serves on the board of several companies in both the arts and technology. In the past, Inessa was one of founding members of PC Magazine in Russia and Ambassador of the Media Institute for Social Change at the USC Cinematic School. She also holds several global patents. A graduate of Moscow University, her personal passion is to increase diversity within companies and in the corporate boardroom. Ron Walden is a Senior Sales executive with more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and strategic planning with a specialty in the retail and apparel industry. Currently he holds the position of Director of Regional Sales for the Jordan Brand (Nike) North America. He has held several leading sales positions including, VP of Sales at Advanstar Communications, VP of Sales at The Clipper Group, and Sales Manager at MAGIC International. He also serves as a Board Member of All Hands Raised. Ron attended California State University Los Angeles, majoring in Business Accounting. Marco White is a serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years of C-level experience from internet startups to Fortune 500 companies. His broad experience has lead him to hold CEO, CIO and CTO positions at some of the work's largest brands including the LA Dodgers, H&R Block, NBC Universal, Time Warner, and Warner Music Group. He has expertise in Media & Entertainment, Professional Sports, and Creative Talent Management. In addition, White sits on the Board of Directors of several for-profit and non-profit organizations. He holds both an MBA and BA in Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. Roger Bergenson is currently a Director of TVI. Initially trained with Merrill Lynch in New York, Mr. Bergersen has been involved in the securities industry and the investment banking field since 1968. Mr. Bergersen is a founding shareholder of TVI. Being semi-retired, he works as an independent investment-banking and marketing consultant. His experience includes positions with the following all NYSE member firms: Merrill Lynch (New York) (1968 – 1969), Roberts, Scott & Co. (1969 – 1975) and Wedbush Noble Cook Inc. (1977 – 1984). ![]() Erica Lee brings 20 years of business strategy, public relations, marketing and journalism experience. Focused on helping companies develop business strategies that grow revenues, Erica has implemented a variety of tactics from customer programs to partnership strategies to media launches.For the last 12 years, as CEO of StrategicLee Inc., she has worked with a number of companies including, Alcatel-Lucent, Atelier US, The Demo Conferences, Docker, Fastly, Guidewire Group, Huddle.com, Idera, Marvell Semiconductor, NVIDIA, Objectivity/InfiniteGraph, Open Networking Summit, Pantheon, Rightware, SRI International, THECALLR and UBIFrance. Prior to founding StrategicLee, Erica has held marketing and PR positions with Blanc & Otus Public Relations, FOX Sports, Neale-May & Partners, The New York Public Library and Prudential Health Insurance of America. She was a journalist at award-winning City on a Hill Press and at talk show host at NPR affiliate KZSC.
